Teaching procedures:

Step 1 Lead|in

Greet students and show the picture of Mona Lisa, then ask students what do you think of the painting, and invite students express their opinions, for example, it is a masterpiece/it is mysterious and a little disturbing. /it is a work of genius. The effect of the light.

Step 2 Pre|listening

Show some pictures of the painter Leonardo, introduce him and the background of the renaissance.

Summary: Invite one student to summarize what we have learned today.

Homework: Search some information about the other work of the Leonardo
